Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY:
 

Players will be responsible for the total court booking fee for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the time of a reservation for members and less than 48 hours before the time of the reservation for nonmembers. Please add all other players to your booking to ensure your account is not charged the entire amount.

• Please add at least 2 names during off-peak hours and all 4 names need to be filled for peak hours.

BY CLICKING BOOK, YOU ARE PAYING THE INDIVIDUAL COURT BOOKING FEE FOR YOURSELF AND FOR ANY OTHER PLAYERS ADDED BY YOU WHO YOU HAVE SELECTED TO 'INCLUDE PAYMENT'. THE TOTAL COURT BOOKING FEE WILL ALWAYS REFLECT THE SUM OF INDIVIDUAL COURT BOOKING FEES FOR FOUR PLAYERS.

If no other players are added as part of your booking or checked in at the time of your reservation, you will be responsible for the total court booking fee for yourself plus three nonmembers and charged accordingly during peak hours.

Nonmember players will be responsible for the total court booking fee for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the time of a reservation; Member players will be responsible for the total court booking fee for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the time of a reservation. Please add all other players to your booking to ensure your account is not charged the entire amount.

GAME MATCH POLICY:

If Game Match is enabled the player and club will endeavor to find someone of an adequate skill level available to play. In order for Game Match to be accepted by the club the following must be true:

Game Match enabled 24 hours prior to the reservation start time.
All players in the Game match have a profile and a valid rating. (No guest profiles allowed)

Failure to meet the above criteria will result in normal cancellation policy being applied to the reservation.

If players cancel a Game Match reservation within 24 hours of the match start time, no refund will be issued. Padel Haus will notify players if their game match will not be filled and needs to be cancelled without penalty at least 4 hours before match start time for matches with MORE than 2/4 players and 8 hours for matches with LESS than 3/4 players.

Note: In Game Matches each player is responsible for their court fee. Players joining and cancelling within the cancelation will not result in a refund.

ALL REFUNDS ARE ISSUED IN CLUB CREDITS. NO EXCEPTIONS.
